It’s Taco Tuesday at Luke’s Diner, and YES, please bring me a Cadillac Margarita! Oh, it’s been a busy day. Phone calls, paperwork, teenage daughter, doing projects around the house, cleaning with FlyLady, and did I mention teenage daughter?
I am more than ready to go munch on tortilla chips and salsa, have a couple of tasty tacos, and suck down an amazing margarita that will transport me to tranquility. Luke and I go most every Tuesday for this fabulous deal. We always run into a few friends, and I am more than willing to escape today. When will he get home from work?

That sounds sooo good right now!! I think I could use one of those drinks and a couple tacos. And I absolutely agree on the teenage daughter comment. I have one myself and every four years I will have another. Love the “me-mommy” time when I get it. Even if it’s with tacos and margaritas. Lol! 😉
Teenage daughters have their moments when you want to strangle them, but most of the time, they are pretty great. Love my Rory! ❤
I’m not big on margaritas, but another kind of drink might be nice right now! Rearrange and cleaned up my desk and craft space, wasn’t on my to do list but I feel better now! Except I’m sore =)

OOOh… I lemon oiled the front door, and buffet, cleaned out a medicine cabinet… gee, maybe I could even have TWO!

Can’t have a margarita because of meds, but had a tomato beer (bright red) to celebrate. No taco though! 😦 I’ll just have to do those during the weekend. Tonight I’m off to a Southern Belle party with some friends and I am making Chicken and Waffle appetizers. Having never eaten Chicken and Waffles, this should be interesting. Have a super weekend ahead Lorelai. You are the best!
I’ve never had chicken and waffles either…but I know some people who absolutely LOVE it! So, do you have to wear a hoop skirt dress for this Southern Belle party? You have a great weekend too. 🙂
